History:
Beginning as a commercial and residential real estate company in 1945, Faulk & Foster has expanded their role and leadership in the wireless industry. It only made sense for Faulk & Foster to begin working for the telecommunications industry since we are well equipped to handle the advanced real estate work required for wireless communication tower transactions. Acquisition and reporting systems were created to organize the extensive site acquisition information. These systems became the foundation of Faulk & Foster's success among wireless clients.
Maintaining a focus on our telecommunications services, the company expanded to accommodate the many applications of asset management, lease administration, and network deployment including the addition of zoning/permitting, along with construction scheduling departments which has resulted in being a provider of turnkey solutions.
In 2007, Faulk & Foster celebrated our 62nd Anniversary. Faulk & Foster was one of the first providers of site development services to the wireless industry. We have a proven relationship in the wireless industry from managing deployments for ALLTEL, Centennial, CenturyTel, AT&T Wireless, iPCS, Nextel, Shentel, Sprint PCS, US Cellular, Verizon and Western Wireless to management of wireless assets, lease administration, site optimization, and zoning certifications.
