Gretchen Ezernack - Director Commercial Real Estate
Gretchen is a licensed real estate broker and has 20 years of asset management, commercial brokerage, and property management experience. She has provided real estate consulting services for telecommunications clients since the late 1980s.
Gretchen's commercial experience includes sales and leasing of retail, office, warehouse, industrial and land as well as build to suit projects. She is an active member of the Northeast Board of REALTORS®, Louisiana REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Gretchen currently serves as a member of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, an appointment made by the Governor.

Mike Ardoin - Real Estate Sales Agent
Mike, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Louisiana REALTORS® Association and the Northeast Louisiana Board of REALTORS®, joined the Faulk & Foster Commercial Real Estate Team in the summer of 2006. Mike also holds numerous certifications with the International Right of Way Association.
Mike has been with Faulk & Foster for ten years and has held various positions within Faulk & Foster including Project Manager, Acquisition Specialist Manager as well as Acquisition Specialist. Mike has over twelve years of sales and marketing experience.
