Beginning as a commercial and residential real estate company in 1945, Faulk & Foster has climbed to new heights. In 1985 it only made sense for Faulk & Foster to begin working for the telecommunications industry since we were well equipped to handle the advanced real estate work required for wireless communication tower transactions. In 2007, the twenty-two years of wireless tower experience was leveraged to expand our service portfolio. By providing land acquisition services to support wind project development we have enabled our clients to focus on their core business. Our acquisition processes and reporting systems were created to maximize our clients success. These systems as well as our ability to adapt to our client needs have become the foundation of Faulk & Foster’s success among clients.
Maintaining a focus on land acquisition services, the company has expanded to accommodate the many applications of project development, including preliminary project scoping & fatal flaw analysis, zoning/permitting, title curative, mapping services, 3rd party coordination, and construction schedule management.
