- Trouble shoots, discusses and resolves complex issues with RF engineers, surveyors, abstractors, landowners and clients.
- Drafts raw-land leases, puts together lease language for final approval, negotiates with landowners, reviews leases and options and presents to clients; Presents final lease packages to the client.
- Ensures zoning/permitting activities are on schedule; responsible for explaining to client any that fall behind schedule.
- Coordinates co-locations and follows through to lease execution.
- Supervises and interprets title reports; supervises & conducts title curative.
- Reviews third-party services as stipulated by client contract scope of work; correlates and interprets information from multiple third-party services; reviews final work product before submission to the client.
- Ensures site walks are scheduled & attends site walks as stipulated by client contract scope of work.
- Responsible for accurate client phase billing.
- Advises Acquisition Specialists on complex site problems
- Participates in client status meetings.
Education and/or Experience:
- College degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction or related field preferred.
- Real Estate Sales or Broker’s License.
- Two to four years site acquisition background preferred.
- Two to four years Management or Project Management experience preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Demonstrated Skills:
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Process large quantities of information under a variety of conditions.
- Good customer relations (internal and external).
