Ownership Verification

  • Faulk & Foster ensures correct ownership through courthouse documentation
  • Deed documents, trust documents are cross-referenced with tax documents as well as ownership maps to ensure leases are negotiated with the correct entity
  • Collected ownership documents are compiled into a parcel report and provided to the client

Site Leasing Activities

  • Our leasing specialists are trained to negotiate competitive terms and conditions using client guidelines and stated benchmarks
  • We facilitate the leasing process from initial proposal to redline lease review/negotiation through full lease execution
  • Facilitate individual landowner meetings as well as community meetings
