- Structural Analysis
- Performed by Applicant by Owner Approved Vendor
- Tower Drawings Provided to Applicant when Available
- Current and Future Loading Provided to Applicant
- Construction Drawings
- Site Walk Coordinated between Owner and Applicant
- Construction Drawings Approved by Owner
- Lease Execution
- Lease Language Negotiated Once Preliminary Approval is Received
- Lease Routed for Execution
- Notice to Proceed with Construction
- Issued after receipt of the following:
- Contractor name, safety program documentation, and Certificate of Insurance
- Construction Schedule
- Zoning Approval
- Building Permit
- As Build Construction Drawings
- Required within 30 Days of Completion of Construction
