    1. Begin obtaining additional due diligence
       
  3. Preliminary Approval
    1. Legal Review
    2. RF Review
    3. Transport Review
    4. Regulatory Review
       
  4. Structural Analysis
    1. Performed by Applicant by Owner Approved Vendor
    2. Tower Drawings Provided to Applicant when Available
    3. Current and Future Loading Provided to Applicant
       
  5. Construction Drawings
    1. Site Walk Coordinated between Owner and Applicant
    2. Construction Drawings Approved by Owner
       
  6. Lease Execution
    1. Lease Language Negotiated Once Preliminary Approval is Received
    2. Lease Routed for Execution
       
  7. Notice to Proceed with Construction
    1. Issued after receipt of the following:
      • Contractor name, safety program documentation, and Certificate of Insurance
      • Construction Schedule
      • Zoning Approval
      • Building Permit
  8. As Build Construction Drawings
    1. Required within 30 Days of Completion of Construction
