Ralph Thomas – President
Ralph Thomas began his career with the US Navy where he specialized in telecommunications. He joined CenturyTel as a Senior Engineer/ISP Manager, then became Network Support Manager for CenturyTel Communications’ entire wireless and wireline network. Ralph joined Faulk & Foster in 2001 as Vice President of Operations and currently serves as President. With over 25 years of experience, he has directed network deployments for major wireless carriers in over 40 states and brought Faulk & Foster’s land expertise to the development of utility-scale wind and solar projects throughout the country.
Dan Hoover – Vice President
Dan Hoover is a key director in our telecom and wireless operations with over 25 years of experience managing large deployment wireless projects for Faulk & Foster. He began his career as a land agent for Sprint and holds a real estate license in the state of Louisiana. His reputation for attention to detail and achieving deliverables ahead of timelines is well-established in the industry.
John Frantz – Vice President
John Frantz served as a platoon sergeant in the Louisiana Army National Guard while he obtained his BS degree from Louisiana Tech University. He joined Faulk & Foster in 1999 as a site acquisition specialist and is now our Vice President. John has managed large wireline and utility wind implementation projects requiring thousands of private land easements and has a well-earned reputation with our clients for acquiring NTP’s in difficult jurisdictions across multiple states.
